OOTD: Black with Fuscia lips

When in doubt, wear a black ensemble with a statement piece!
Here are extra shots of my outfit from the night of my friend's birthday dinner.
For my look, I decided to add a pop of color! The fuscia lip brightens up the look and brings attention to my face rather than my tight-hugging top and bottom. Although I like to experiment in fashion, tight fitting clothes still makes me uncomfortable. It's not really my true style. However, I can't deny how nicely the skirt fits to my small frame. It does a good job of accentuating certain assets (assets that I don't have)  hahaha..

I'm noticing that my hair is getting longer! It makes me so happy :)
You can definitely see my roots growing in but I actually like it.
Since ombre hair is still trending, I think I can still rock this look for awhile.

VSCO Photo Diary: Eats, OOTD and more...

VSCOcam  is not only a camera and photo editor application, but it includes a photo sharing function (similar to instagram) that connects you with other vsco users. It's probably my most favorite app to date! I now use it to edit almost all of my pictures. However in the beginning, this app was left untouched for several months. At one point, I even deleted it. It wasn't until this year that I learned how to use it properly! It instantly changes a boring picture into something interesting! You'll see what I mean when you scroll down further.

Because I don't want to publish all of my vsco edits to my instagram, I decided to make a post of all the other pictures that didn't make the cut to my blog. Plus, some pictures are just too pretty to not share it with people! So, here's the first VSCO photo diary. Pictures will consist of random things, places, and eateries... I hope you like it!

The name of a cute, chic, rustic decor authentic Japanese restaurant.
Condiments and yummy duck egg on the top right hand corner.
I chose the Pork Belly Ramen! I split the meal with my friend.
The one thing I pay attention to in a restaurant is lighting. I love the dangling light bulbs.

See the Pork Belly center piece?

My dear friend asking for sriracha sauce! Isn't she a cutie? :)

This picture is to commemorate the first time I ever locked myself out of the apt. The Chatime had much to do with it!  >.<

I've never really established a favorite flower until recently. Peonies! I should have known since it was my favorite scent from when they sold the body spray at Bath & Body Works unfortunately, they discontinued it... Years later, I realized it was actually a real flower lol

In addition, this was the first time I ever bought myself flowers and the first time I ever bought or received peonies. ^_^

Snapped this picture at a resaturant in Jacksonville...

Celebrated a special someone's birthday. Restaurant established only 5 mos. ago, supposedly authentic Japanese BBQ. Imo, it was too similar to Kbbq to justify the difference...
S'mores for dessert

yummy :P

Black & White will always be a staple
Kalbi and assorted meats

The meat was tender and full of flavor!

Ring swag & Green tea

Bibimbap

Kalbi - my faveeee!

I want one installed in my future home!

Raw meats, waiting to be grilled -

More meats to grill -

In all black, what's new?

My shoes were only $12.99 at Ross! :)

Thanks for stopping by! I'll try to post more often, since I'm taking a break from this semester.
There will be more vsco edits to share for sure!
Until next time, take care xoxo
